CRUISERS & CRAWLERS

Toddlers need appropriate stimulation, space to move, and opportunities to grow! They thrive when they are spoken to, played with, and given love and attention. Most importantly, they need the chance to form secure, trusting relationships with their teachers—relationships that support their healthy development physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally.

The toddler program at Valparaiso Christian Academy is designed to meet the developmental needs of each child. Through educational play activities, storytime, sensory exploration, music, singing, and constant verbal interaction, we foster budding language development, self-awareness, and social skills. Our toddler classrooms are equipped with age-appropriate toys and books, along with a teacher-guided, developmentally appropriate curriculum.

VCA provides a safe, nurturing environment where toddlers can begin their journey of lifelong learning. Our program emphasizes building a strong self-concept while developing social, intellectual, and verbal skills.
