INFANT + TODDLER CARE
The Infant Care program at Valparaiso Christian Academy is designed to meet the needs of each baby based on their individual schedule. Babies sleep, eat, play, and cuddle as needed. Music, singing, reading, finger play, and constant verbal interaction foster early socialization, self-awareness, and developmental growth.
The Toddler program at Valparaiso Christian Academy is designed to meet the developmental needs of each child. Through educational play activities, storytime, sensory exploration, music, singing, and constant verbal interaction, we foster budding language development, self-awareness, and social skills. Our toddler classrooms are equipped with age-appropriate toys and books, along with a teacher-guided, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
PRESCHOOL + PRE-K
VCA's preschool program is designed to provide a holistic, hands-on, age-appropriate curriculum for each individual preschooler's stage of development. We offer children a variety of stimulating and educational activities that foster language, social, emotional, spiritual, physical and cognitive development.
Our Pre-K program is designed to give children a strong foundation as they prepare for kindergarten. At Valparaiso Christian Academy, we focus on developing early reading skills, beginner math concepts, Social/emotional skills, spiritual growth, classroom readiness, and self-confidence—setting children up for success at the top of their class!
BEFORE + AFTER SCHOOL CARE
The infant care program at Valparaiso Christian Academy is designed to meet the needs of each individual baby based on his or her own schedule. Babies nap, feed, play and cuddle when they’re ready, not on someone else’s predetermined timeline. Music, singing, reading, fi nger play and constant verbalization foster budding socialization, self-concept and developmental skills. Facilities are equipped with cribs, bouncy seats, boppys, exer-saucers and age-appropriate toys and books.
SUMMER CAMP
Summer is a time for FUN! Time to get outside, get active, and explore! No time for TV! No time for electronics! We are always on the go, making the most of every summer day!
With three Action packed field trips per week! 30 trips total per summer! And so much more in between! Water Slides! Slime! Hiking Trails! Outdoor Classrooms! Relays! Arts and Crafts! Cooking Projects! Gaga Ball! Sports! And More!
